- Serve as technical lead on architectural projects, ensuring constructability and code compliance
- Lead coordination of all construction documents, details, and specifications
- Interface with consultants, contractors, and regulatory officials
- Perform quality control reviews and manage permit and approval processes
- Conduct site visits, review submittals, and respond to RFIs during construction
- Maintain clear documentation and uphold project deadlines and budgets
- Support project architects and project managers with technical insight
