Duties and responsibilities:
- Responsible for development and planning of Lawson Convenience store
- Review drawings and specifications, architectural and engineering for the purpose of advertising on site condition, appropriate material alternates, construction feasibility of various systems and cost implications.
- Review drawings to ensure that is compliance with the law.
- Assist in overseeing the list of stores relatively to constructions and improvements.
- Provide solutions during construction to suit conditions and as approves job request.
- Prepares all necessary documents for permit application
- Coordinate with other Departments as needed in specific planning/design requirements
