Description

  • Responsible for the copying scanning
  • Transmitting, receiving, creating and storing of documents including permits and project management-related documents
  • Check for accuracy and editing files distribute project-related copies to internal teams
  • Filing documents in physical and digital records retrieving files as per request and
  • Maintaining confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreements.
  • Experience in MS Office applications, engineering, and construction.
  • Willing to travel to process permit.

Requirements

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or in a related field is an advantage
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in a liaison or similar role, preferably in a corporate or governmental setting.
  • Has excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Has strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Possesses the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Has proficiency in using communication tools and software for information management and collaboration.
