Job Qualifications – Liaison Officer

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field

- At least 1 year of experience in liaison work or government coordination preferred

- Knowledge of processing permits and licenses (e.g., LGU, BIR, SEC, DOE is a plus)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with agencies

- Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple tasks

- Willing to travel for fieldwork and visit government offices

- Basic skills in documentation, report preparation, and record-keeping

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Honest, reliable, and capable of working independently


Responsibilities:

- Process Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC) applications and other permits.

- Compile technical documents, including Initial Environmental Examination (IEE) reports.

- Coordinate with LGUs, DENR, DOE, and other agencies for permits and inspections.

- Assist in organizing public consultations.

- Monitor gasoline station projects to ensure compliance with DENR standards.

- Maintain organized records for all permits and reports.

- Submit environmental compliance reports on time.

- Provide technical support during audits and inspections.
