Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver and pick up documents to/from government offices (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, BIR, etc.)
- Process permits, clearances, and other legal documents
- Handle bank transactions such as deposits, encashments, and check releases
- Submit and collect documents from clients, suppliers, and partner companies
- Ensure proper documentation and acknowledgment receipts
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents
- Monitor and update status of submitted documents
- Prepare daily itinerary and accomplishment reports
- Perform other related administrative or messenger tasks as assigned
