Job Description

The Liaison provides operational support to the Firm by handling the filing, processing, retrieval, and submission of legal documents. The role serves as the Firm's representative before courts, government agencies, and other institutions, ensuring the timely completion of legal and administrative transactions. Prior work experience in a law office or legal environment is required, with familiarity in handling legal documents and coordinating with courts, government agencies, and other relevant institutions.


Key Responsibilities

- File, receive, and retrieve legal documents before courts and government agencies.

- Process permits, registrations, certifications, and other documentary requirements.

- Coordinate with courts, the SEC, BIR, DTI, Registry of Deeds, LGUs, and other public and private institutions.

- Assist in the notarization, authentication, and submission of legal documents.

- Perform other duties as assigned by the Partners or supervising lawyers.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or Highschool diploma

- Must have prior experience in a law office or legal work environment.

- Experience in liaison work or dealing with government agencies is an advantage.

- Willing to perform extensive field work.

- Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a motorcycle is an advantage.
