Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (licensed architect is an advantage but may not always be required, depending on the employer).
  • Experience in building permit processing, occupancy permits, and other construction-related permits.
  • Familiar with the National Building Code of the Philippines, local zoning regulations, and LGU permit procedures. T

  • Knowledge of requirements and documentation for securing permits from the Office of the Building Official (OBO), City/Municipal Planning Office, Bureau of Fire Protection, and other government agencies. T

  • Ability to coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, clients, and government offices.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and documentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with AutoCAD and document management is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple permit applications simultaneously.
  • Willing to travel and process documents at various LGUs.


Responsibilities

  • At least 1–3 years of experience in liaison work, permit processing, or construction administration.
  • Experience dealing with LGUs, DPWH, BFP, DENR, and other regulatory agencies.
