Description
- Process all government related documents and transactions in LGUs and other Government Agencies
- Work with Compliance Team to facilitate or process business permit applications and other permits needed by the company
- Monitoring of company vehicle records and schedule of PMS
- Point person for the company mobile phone requests and concerns
- Perform other clerical / administrative task
- Other task that may be assigned from time to time
Location: Mindbridge, 22nd Floor Strata 100 Bldg., F. Ortigas Jr. Road, Ortigas, Pasig City
Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
- With experience in processing of permits with various government agencies is an advantage
- Must be flexible and willing to do field work
- Must have good communication skills both oral and written.
- Strong attention to details
- Willing to work 6 days a week; Monday to Saturday
- Amenable to work in Ortigas Pasig
- CAN START ASAP
