Description

  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and the company.
  • Facilitate communication and address inquiries related to lending services.
  • Prepare and organize documents and reports.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a liaison role is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
