- Conduct timely collection of payments from clients.
- Maintain accurate records of collections and client interactions.
- Drive motorcycle to designated locations for collections.
- Communicate effectively with clients to resolve any payment issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations related to debt collection.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in a relevant field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Valid driver's license, motorcycle driving skills, ability to handle collections responsibly
- Working Conditions: Fieldwork involving travel and direct client interaction
- Qualities and Traits: Responsible, trustworthy, and effective communicator
