Description
- Collect and deliver documents and packages between various locations, including offices, banks, and other institutions.
- Ensure all items are delivered securely and on time.
- Collect payments from clients and ensure they are accurately recorded and submitted to Finance or directly deposited at designated banks.
- Maintain a clear and accurate log of all transactions.
- Interact with clients and colleagues professionally and courteously.
- Address any questions or concerns from clients related to deliveries or collections.
- Maintain and update delivery and collection logs.
- Prepare and submit reports on daily activities and transactions. Help in scanning and recording of Finance and Admin documents.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including security protocols.
- Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of all documents and payments handled.
Requirements
- Undergraduate or College graduate.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a messenger or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with local routes and can manage route plan.
