Job Description

Assist with the day-to-day functions and duties of Legal Department, which include but not limited to the following tasks:

  • Organize and maintain softcopies and hardcopies of all files (including directories of hard and soft copies) of the company and its clients. Assist in drafting legal documents, e.g., summonses, motions, subpoenas, etc. or conduct research and read legal articles.
  • Photocopying/scanning of documents and answering phone calls
  • Provide secretarial and clerical support/duties to Managing Partners, such as:
  • Creating and maintaining schedules
  • Assist in preparing and organizing documents and reportorial requirements for various government agencies, e.g., SEC, Bureau of Immigration (Bl), Barangay and City Governments, Courts, etc.
  • Maintains client confidence by keeping clients and lawyers' information confidential.
  • Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.


Qualifications and Key Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in Legal Management, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Political Science or equivalent.
  • Proficient in basic office computer applications and software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)|
  • Organized, proactive, and results-oriented
  • Flexible - can work under pressure and within a limited or short timeframe
  • Satisfactory written and verbal communication skills
  • Attentiveness to details
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • High degree of confidentiality
  • Willing to work at Bonifacio Global City
