Position: Client Legal Intake Analyst

Company Industry: Law Firm- Shared Services

Location: Taguig

Salary Offer: Php 25,000-30,000 (Negotiable)

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday

Work Set Up: hybrid setup


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or experience in client onboarding, compliance, or a related role
  • At least 1-3 years experience working in a legal or law firm setting.
  • Amendable to attend interviews
  • Amenable to start as soon as possible
  • Willing to work in Taguig


Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive support to the Firm, Partners, and offices throughout the New Business Intake (NBI) process.
  • Assess new client and matter submissions in the Firm’s intake system to confirm accuracy and completeness.
  • Evaluate engagement and assignment letters to ensure alignment with Firm standards.
  • Work closely with team members to exchange best practices and recommend process enhancements.
  • Assist with team projects and special initiatives as required.
