Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Paralegal to support the Site Acquisition team in handling legal documentation, contract review, and compliance for telecom projects. The role requires strong expertise in reviewing contracts and ensuring all legal requirements are met prior to project implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, draft, and manage contracts related to site acquisition (e.g., lease agreements, MOAs, permits)
• Ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance of legal documents
• Coordinate with site acquisition team, property owners, and legal counsel
• Monitor contract status, renewals, and obligations
• Maintain and organize legal records and documentation
• Assist in resolving legal and documentation-related issues
• Perform other tasks as may be assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Management, Political Science, or any related course
• 5–10 years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably in the telecom industry
• Strong experience in contract review, drafting, and legal documentation
• Knowledge of site acquisition processes and permitting is an advantage
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple contracts and deadlines efficiently
