Legal Specialist/Assistant

Job Description
- Prepares affidavits, legal correspondence, and other documents for attorneys.
- Provides the Management with practical legal advice on business issues and company strategies in various legal topics.
- Draft pleading, memos, contracts, and affidavits.
- Set the strategy and goals for the paralegal team, which should be aligned with the organizational goals.
- Ensures all the needs and queries of the stakeholders and Board of Directors are effectively and adequately addressed.
- Conducts Performance Evaluation.
- Monitor and report monthly case updates on all cases involving the Bank.
- Participates in strategic and operational planning activities of the company.
- Performs other related tasks that may be assigned by immediate superiors occasionally.
- At least 2-years of extensive experience in Corporate Law/Loan Documentation/Collections/Litigation from a reputable banking/ financial services industry and law firm.
