- Document preparation: Prepare court paperwork, transcribe and proofread legal documents, and file documents with the court
- Record management: Collect documents, manage records, and maintain calendars
- Scheduling: Schedule hearings, meetings, and depositions for lawyers
- Travel arrangements: Make travel arrangements for lawyers
- Communication: Answer calls, take messages, and handle correspondence
- Meeting organization: Produce agendas and take minutes for meetings
