Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary cases in accordance with company policies and labor laws
  • Conduct investigations related to employee complaints, misconduct, and workplace issues
  • Facilitate administrative hearings, counseling sessions, and conflict resolution meetings
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and code of conduct
  • Prepare and maintain employee relations documentation, notices, and case records
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on employee relations matters
  • Support employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives
  • Coordinate with legal and management teams regarding labor-related concerns
  • Monitor and analyze employee relations trends and recommend corrective actions


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Legal Management, or a related field
  • Experience in Employee Relations, Human Resources, or Labor Relations is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and employment laws
  • Strong investigation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple cases simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
