Job Description:

Responsible for managing and protecting the organization’s intellectual property, including trademark registration, renewal, monitoring, documentation, and handling potential trademark or copyright infringement matters. The role also supports legal research, compliance, monitoring, and the improvement of IP management processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Management, Paralegal Studies, or related field (required)
• Law students are welcome to apply
• At least 1–2 years of experience in a law firm is an advantage.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, especially in handling legal documents and filing systems
• Ability to monitor deadlines, renewals, and legal compliance requirements
• Trustworthy and capable of handling confidential legal information
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with legal counsels, government agencies, and internal departments
• Willing to work on-site and can start immediately
