Responsibilities

• Regulatory & Government Liaison: Act as the primary contact for the SEC and AMLC; oversee full SEC compliance (lending permits, disclosures, annual reports) and AMLC compliance (CTR/STR submissions, audit responses).
• Legal & Corporate Governance: Draft, review, and standardize loan agreements, promissory notes, disclosure statements, and collection agency contracts; develop internal policies for Data Privacy (NPC), consumer protection, and fair debt collection; manage corporate secretarial records and board resolutions.
• Litigation & Risk Management: Oversee loan default-related pre-legal collections, small claims, and civil litigation; advise management on legal risks regarding interest rates, new lending products, and collection strategies.
• External Counsel & System Optimization: Manage external law firms (selection, supervision, cost control); summarize operational legal risks to continuously optimize company compliance systems.
