Qualifications:

• Graduate of a Bachelor of Laws and a Bar Passer
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field in the same capacity
• Strong research, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Strategic thinking and a proactive approach to legal challenges
• Highly independent, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced legal tech environment

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research on case law, statutes, regulations, and legal articles
• Draft contracts, pleadings, memoranda, legal opinions, and other legal documents
• Assist in preparing trial and hearing materials such as motions, briefs, affidavits, and demand letters/correspondence
• Help manage client files and maintain accurate records
• Attend hearings, depositions, or settlement conferences
• Ensure clients comply with applicable laws and regulations
