Description

  • The Legal Associate will provide comprehensive legal support to ensure the company's operations comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The role involves drafting and reviewing contracts, handling legal disputes, advising on regulatory matters, and supporting various departments with legal guidance. He/ She will also assist in risk management and ensure that the company's legal practices align with industry standards and best practices.
  • Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Law (Juris Doctor or equivalent), Political Science, or Legal Management.
    • 2-4 years of experience in a legal role, preferably within the food service or retail industry.
    • Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
    • Excellent research and analytical skills for interpreting laws and regulations.
    • Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts and agreements.
    • Effective communication skills for presenting legal advice and interacting with stakeholders.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in legal documentation and case management.
    • Ability to manage multiple legal matters simultaneously and meet deadlines.
    • Problem-solving skills with the capability to address legal issues proactively and effectively.
