Leasing ManagerKey Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy targets.
• Identify, recruit, and negotiate with prospective tenants.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential tenants.
• Prepare lease agreements and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to promote available commercial spaces.
• Monitor lease renewals, tenant retention, and contract expiration dates.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and finance departments to ensure smooth tenant operations.
• Prepare leasing reports and present updates to management.
• Assist in planning tenant mix and merchandising strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in leasing, real estate, mall operations, or property management.
• Experience in commercial, retail, or mall leasing is preferred.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Goal-oriented and capable of meeting occupancy targets.
• Willing to work in Balagtas, Bulacan.
