Source and attract prospective tenants for
mall spaces and kiosks
Conduct site inspections, tenant
presentations, and leasing negotiations
Prepare leasing proposals, contracts, and
related documentation
Maintain strong relationships with existing
and prospective tenants
Monitor lease expirations, renewals, and
occupancy rates
Coordinate with mall operations, marketing,
and tenant relations teams
Conduct market research and competitor
analysis to identify leasing opportunities
Ensure timely submission of leasing reports
and updates to management
