- Assist in marketing and promoting available properties/units to prospective clients.
- Handle inquiries, conduct site tours, and present leasing terms.
- Prepare and process lease agreements, contracts, and related documents.
- Coordinate with property management for tenant move-ins and move-outs.
- Ensure accurate records of tenants, contracts, and payments.
- Build and maintain good relationships with tenants to ensure satisfaction.
- Support leasing targets and contribute to occupant
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing, or any related field.
- With at least 1–2 years of experience in leasing, property management, sales, or customer service (fresh graduates may be considered).
- Knowledge of real estate, leasing procedures, and property documentation is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business tools.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Willing to do fieldwork, property tours, and site inspections as needed.
- Customer service–oriented with problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
