Description
- Assist clients with rental inquiries and property viewings.
- Maintain accurate records of leases and tenant information.
- Coordinate lease signing and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential tenants.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to tenants during their residency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in leasing or property management.
- Must be proficient with microsoft applications (Word, PPT, and Excel)
- Knowledgeable in business correspondence.
