Position: Commercial Leasing Executive

Salary Range: ₱18,000–₱22,000/month (Base)

Plus: Incentives & Transportation Reimbursement

Setup: 70% Field Work • 30% Office Work

La Theoz Real Estate Solution Services Inc. is a leading real estate brokerage and property management firm specializing in commercial leasing, office space management, and property investments. We’re expanding our Commercial Division and looking for a dynamic, business-minded Commercial Leasing Executive who can manage listings, assist clients, and build strong relationships with property owners across Metro Manila.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, inspect, and manage commercial property listings (office, retail, and business spaces)
• Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and brokers for viewings and lease documentation
• Assist clients during property viewings, move-in, and move-out transactions
• Handle market research and competitor analysis to identify new leasing opportunities
• Maintain updated property database, listings, and weekly activity reports
• Promote available listings on social media and online property platforms
• Collaborate with the marketing team for visibility and branding of commercial spaces

Qualifications

• Graduate of Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or other business-related courses
• Based in Metro Manila (Makati, Pasay, BGC, Ortigas, or nearby areas)
• At least 1–2 years of experience in leasing, sales, or client coordination (real estate preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong computer literacy (Google Workspace, MS Office, CRM tools)
• Knowledgeable in social media posting and online marketing
• Presentable, organized, and proactive with strong negotiation skills
• Must be willing to do fieldwork (property visits and inspections)
• Can start immediately
