Description

1.    Maintain leasing records

2.    Coordinate property showings

3.    Respond to inquiries

4.    Draft leasing documents

5.    Tenant screening

6.    Assist in lease negotiations

7.    Excellent Customer service

8.    Property inspections

9.    Report and Data analysis, including the financial updates

10. Coordinate move-ins and move-outs



Requirements

  1. A bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
  2. Prior experience in leasing, property management, or real estate is preferred.
  3. Background in customer service or client relations can be advantageous.
  4. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with tenants.
  5. Ability to negotiate lease terms and conditions effectively.
  6. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leases and administrative tasks efficiently.
  7. Precision in handling contracts and financial documents.
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office: Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for documentation and reporting.
  9. Experience with property management systems or software is often preferred.
