  • Facilitate employee evaluations to assess suitability for continued employment.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Business Administration Major in Human Resources Management.
  • Preferably has at least 6 months of experience in learning and development or talent management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, presentation and above-average English communication.
  • Amenable to work in Novaliches, Quezon City.
