1.Facilitate the hiring, selection and placement of employees.
2. Assist the Operations Manager in the preparation of Training
and Development Plan.
3. Coordinate the implementation of the training and development
plan.
4. In coordination with all the concerned managers and
supervisors, facilitate the conduct of post training evaluation.
5. Facilitate the conduct of employee performance evaluation
6. Maintains the 201 files of all employees.
7. Daily Time Record (DTR) Management.
8. Payroll Processing.
9. Assist the Accounting Department in the computation of
salaries, loans and contributions of all employees.
10. Perform other duties as may be assigned.
