Description
- Develop and implement effective training programs for employees.
- Conduct assessments to identify training needs and gaps in skills.
- Facilitate workshops and coaching sessions to enhance employee performance.
- Evolve learning curricula based on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of relevant experience in Learning and Development.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong skills in Organizational Development, Training and Development, and Coaching.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work collaboratively with various teams to identify training opportunities.
