Job Description
Job Desctiption:
- Serves as the focal person for the Competency-Based Human Resource System Project of the Human Resource Management Division;
- Develops Competency Frameworks and Models;
- Facilitates the assessment of employee competencies;
- Provide guidance on the use of competency assessment tools and techniques;
- Analyzes competency gaps and development needs;
- Develop and maintain up-to-date job descriptions for all positions
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, HRMD, or any related to job
- Experience: One (1) year of relevant work experience
- Training: Four (4) hours of relevant training
- Eligibility: Career Service (Professional) 2nd Level Eligibility
Work Location: National Museum (Manila)
