Training Needs Analysis

· Identify organizational, departmental, and individual training needs.

· Conduct skills gap analysis through surveys, interviews, performance reviews, and consultations with department heads.

· Recommend appropriate learning interventions and development programs.

Training Program Development

· Design and develop training modules, manuals, presentations, and learning materials.

· Create onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.

· Develop leadership, technical, compliance, and soft skills training programs.

Training Delivery & Facilitation

· Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions.

· Facilitate workshops, seminars, and employee development activities.

· Coordinate with internal subject matter experts and external training providers.

Employee Development

· Support career development and succession planning initiatives.

· Assist managers in creating individual development plans (IDPs).

· Promote employee engagement through continuous learning programs.
