The Learning and Development Officer is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training and development programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and overall organizational effectiveness. The role focuses on supporting employee growth and aligning training initiatives with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify training needs through assessments, surveys, and performance evaluations
• Design, organize, and conduct training programs, workshops, and seminars
• Develop learning materials such as manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements
• Coordinate onboarding programs for new employees
• Maintain training records and prepare reports on learning activities
• Collaborate with department heads to align development programs with organizational goals
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in training, learning and development, or HR roles (preferred)For 1-3 years
• With 2-3 years experience in hotel
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of instructional design and learning management systems (LMS)
• Analytical skills to assess training effectiveness
• Organizational and time management skills
