Your Responsibilities

As an appointment setter for our team, you will reach out to potential clients through a list of curated cold leads and pitch to them our website-development services. Once the lead is qualified, you will save your notes and book them for a scheduled call with one of our closers. You will be working with an auto dialer that works for both outbound and inbound calls.

Your Compensation

• The hourly rate for this role is P7,000 per week (40 hours). You are paid weekly either through a third party app like Kolan (Formerly Hurupay) or through direct bank transfer.
• You will receive a monthly attendance bonus for each month without any unplanned absences.
• You will receive a monthly allowance for your internet, received once every third of the month.
• For each successful appointment, you will receive a bonus and shall be included on top of your basic pay for each paycheck.

Experience Required

• You must have at least 6 months of any verbal campaign experience through outbound or inbound calls.
• You must have the confidence and composure when speaking to cold leads.

Tools Required

• You must have a stable internet connection and backup. (Mobile Date will do).
• You must have your personal computer, desktop or laptop.
• You must have a USB-type Headphone with a built-in microphone to handle our calls.

Extra Curricular Activities

• Bible Study, Christian Faith, every Tuesday and Sundays. (Not Mandatory)
• Orphanage Visits, whereas your travel and food are covered by the company.

Who Are We?

We are SIMPLE—simple as that. We are a Christian-led business. You will hear a lot about our faith when you work here. We have adopted 8 orphanages in the Philippines with 164 orphans. None of these kids has a birthday that someone on our staff isn't there to celebrate. We reimburse Financial Peace classes, and some employees meet for a Bible study on the clock. You won't have to participate in any of this, but you can. You don't have to be a Christian to work here.
