About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Korean-speaking professional to join our Customer Experience organization. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for Korean-speaking customers, providing timely resolutions, delivering exceptional customer care, and representing our brand with professionalism, empathy, and cultural sensitivity.

Key Responsibilities

Duties of this position include but are not limited to:

● Content Translation from English to Korean (Local Language) and outreach customization in line with local market strategy

● Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities

● Multi-Channel outreach via call, email, social media (LinkedIn), Instant Messaging and events marketing

● Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from target prospects

● Gather and validate information (Company Information, Contact Information, Tech Stack etc) from the contact engagement, online sources and lists purchased from other organizations

● Document in the CRM what transpired in the conversations and engagements with target prospects including their current setup, evaluation timelines, pain points etc

● Schedule appointments (online or face to face) for the client’s sales representative/s to meet with the target prospects and attend sales presentations/discovery calls.

● Build long-term trusting relationships with clients

● Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

● Report to the Production Manager/Client Success Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) basis

● Stay up-to-date with new products/services and will undergo product training and support

● Program Assignment: Minimum of 2 Accounts

● Utilize the client's CRM for outreach and record updates

● Other tasks that are assigned by the direct supervisor

Qualifications

• Native or near-native proficiency in Korean (Hangul)
• Strong command of spoken and written English
• Customer service, shared services, or BPO industry experience is an advantage but not required
• Tech-savvy and able to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work on shifting schedules
