Compensation

• Base: USD 300/month (≈ 16.5k–18k), paid monthly via Wise/Payoneer.
• Bonuses: $15 per qualified call + $25 per confirmed meeting/proposal (uncapped).
• Paid test week available for shortlisted candidates.

Responsibilities

• Research high-end hospitality venues across UAE / KSA / Qatar / Oman / Bahrain / Kuwait (5star hotels, fine-dining, rooftops, beach lounges).
• Identify decision makers (Entertainment Manager, F&B Director, GM, Events).
• Send micro-personalized outreach via Email / LinkedIn / Instagram.
• Log leads, messages, and follow-ups in Google Sheets/Notion; maintain clean data.
• Book qualified intro calls for the S Groove team and update the pipeline daily.
• Provide daily WhatsApp screenshots (progress) and a weekly KPI summary.

Requirements

• Strong written English; luxury-hospitality tone.
• Solid research skills (LinkedIn, TripAdvisor, Zomato, IG).
• Experience in lead generation/outreach is a plus; quick learner welcome.
• Reliable internet; self-management; consistent delivery to weekly KPIs.
• Ready for video calls (Zoom/Meet) for check-ins/training.
• Comfortable with daily reporting (screenshots in a WhatsApp group).

Schedule & KPIs

• Flexible hours — outreach must be sent during Dubai business hours (07:00–19:00 GMT+4).
• Sample KPIs (weekly): 100+ first-touch messages, 10+ qualified replies, 4+ intro calls booked.
