Leads Generation Specialist

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Development Representative, based in Metro Manila with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for prospecting and generating leads, engaging in inside sales activities, and nurturing relationships with potential customers. Additionally, the role involves identifying business development opportunities and collaborating with the sales team to achieve revenue goals. Regular communication with clients and internal teams will ensure consistent alignment on objectives and deliverables.

• Strong skills in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Sales
• Proficiency in Business Development and identifying growth opportunities
• Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to responsibilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setting
• Prior experience in sales or business development is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred

Job Requirements

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with sales engagement software (e.g., Instantly, Apollo.io, Clay) and CRM tools.
