Description

The Leads Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and managing leads to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the process. This role involves evaluating lead data, maintaining the CRM system, and providing actionable insights to the management and operations team. The Leads Analyst will work closely with these teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management:

  • Collect and evaluate leads from various sources, including online campaigns, events, website inquiries, and marketing efforts.
  • Ensure leads are accurately and promptly entered into the CRM system.
  • Track and manage the lead lifecycle from acquisition to conversion.

Data Analysis:

  • Analyze lead data to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Segment leads based on criteria such as industry, company size, and engagement level.
  • Develop and maintain lead scoring models to prioritize high-potential prospects.

Reporting and Insights:

  • Generate regular reports on lead performance, including conversion rates, pipeline growth, and lead quality.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation and nurturing strategies.
  • Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure leads are followed up on promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation campaigns with sales goals.
  • Communicate feedback from the sales team to the marketing team to improve lead quality.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance lead management and analysis.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in lead generation and analytics.
  • Train and support sales and marketing teams on lead management tools and techniques.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a lead analyst, sales analyst, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with lead scoring and segmentation.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
  • Understanding of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.
