The Lead System & Application Developer is responsible on all in-house application development and maintenance of all applications that are Locally maintained. Act as a L2 and L3 support for any in-house and locally maintained application issues/bugs. A System developer is responsible also to provide system integration with data integrity by collaborating with the technical team/vendor to design solution that is align on the Pluxee IT Policies, Compliance, Security Protocols from local, regional, and global policies of Pluxee

• Implements (in terms of development) IT & Payments strategies and roadmap to achieve those business goals, taking into account BRS global strategy and needs locally
• Oversees portfolio of development and delivery of Digital Assets to cope with business demand
• Develop the total systems architectural perspective that includes a technical understanding of relationships, dependencies and requirements of hardware and software components necessary to enable software development processes to evolve through applications development/enhancements
• Analyze total system performance and tune software and hardware parameters as necessary to achieve optimal performance and/or system efficiency
• Ensure application functionality while maximizing system throughput through considerations of program syntax, structure, compilation, in conjunction with hardware architectural and implementation details
• Design, develop, test, debug, install, implement, modify, and support new or existing applications software, systems software and perform the necessary systems administration to provide a total systems solution in accordance with area standard practices for large scale enterprise systems.
• Maintain and enhance in-house applications.
• Collaboration with the local, region or global team for any application for development or enhancement to align on the best practices. 
• Optimizes the ITSM processes, tools and overall IT organization to constantly improve the insight and service levels to the business
• Applies Architecture and Cloud- first principles
• Team management / team development.

• Graduated from college or university in related fields such as Information Technology or Computer Science or Computer Engineer
• Certification in Agile and ITSM (is a plus)
• 10 years of experience within Information Technology industry
• 3-4 years of experience Leading Application Development
• Leadership/people management experience with similar size of team (people)
• Experience from international environment/company
• Extensive knowledge of data processing, hardware platforms, and enterprise software applications.
• Technical experience with systems networking, databases, Web development, and user L2 and L3 support.
• Above average Data Base design in PostgreSQL, MS SQL, MySQL, MariaDB and Oracle.
• Above average knowledge in PHP, Laravel Microsoft Dot Net, Javascript, JSON, and HTML5.
• Above average knowledge and experience of features and flow of common business applications: ERP, CRM, E-commerce.
• Experience in the development and implementation of standards, procedures, and guidelines to support operational processes.
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
• Proven ability to be flexible in working hours,
• Experience at QA/QC application position
• Good understanding of SOLID principles, common design 
• A results-oriented individual who thrives working in a fast-paced environment.
• With Experience in designing Software Application System Flow and defining security setup
• Experience with ITIL/ITSM, preferably with ITILv4 Certification
• Experience with cloud solution ideally MS Azure is a must
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to provide clear technical guidance to application support and end users
• Ability to troubleshoot complex, technical, multi-site and multi-disciplinary problems and incidents
• Knowledge in Business Intelligence tool like Jasper or Power BI is a must
• Knowledge in Salesforce development or administration is a plus
• Experience in Agile and Scrum methodology.
• Programming Knowledge:
• Experience with the Laravel, CakePHP, CodeIgniter framework
• Front-end experience with PHP, Microsoft Dot Net, JSON, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript. Preferably including experience with ReactJS.
