We are hiring for:

• ServiceNow Senior Developer

• ServiceNow Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements

• Configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, integrations, and Service Portal solutions

• Support end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects

• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable and effective solutions

• Lead project delivery and platform initiatives (Manager level)

Requirements:

• ServiceNow Senior Developer: 3-5+ years of ServiceNow Developer, Analyst, or Consultant experience

• ServiceNow Manager: 5-8+ years of overall experience, including 3-5 years in a Product Manager, Service Owner, or similar leadership role

• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, AngularJS, and Service Portal

• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITOM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps, PPM, APM, or custom applications

• Experience in at least one end-to-end ServiceNow implementation project

• ITIL certification or equivalent experience is a plus

Work Setup:

Hybrid (Taguig or Cebu)

Day Shift or Mid Shift (depending on project)
