What you will do

Software Development and Architecture: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of software applications while architecting scalable, robust, and efficient solutions that meet project requirements.

Performance Optimization: Ensure applications are optimized for maximum performance, scalability, and reliability.

Technical Leadership and Mentorship: Provide technical leadership to developers, mentor team members, and promote best practices in software engineering.

Code Quality and Reviews: Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, maintain high software quality, and enforce best development practices.

Requirements and Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Identify risks, implement process improvements, and contribute innovative ideas to enhance product functionality and development efficiency.

Technical Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and execute long-term technical strategies and roadmaps that align with organizational goals and support sustainable growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless integration of technological solutions that support business objectives.

Compliance and Security: Ensure all applications comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies while adhering to eTap’s safety, security, and information security protocols.

Why You

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages
• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex software solutions
• At least five (5) years of relevant experience in software development
• Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability, and performance optimization
