- Strong communication, mentoring, and organizational skills.

- Proven, extensive experience as a technician in a specific field (e.g., HVAC, IT, Manufacturing).
- Perform complex repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance on machinery or systems.
- Direct, supervise, and train junior technicians; assign daily work orders and schedules.
- Recommend improvements to workflows and troubleshoot recurring technical problems.
- Order parts, keep maintenance records, and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues.
