Job Description
- Provide legal advice and representation to clients.
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and analysis for various cases.
- Negotiate settlements and argue cases in court.
- Stay updated on laws, regulations, and legal developments.
- Build and maintain client relationships and manage case files.
- Job Title: Lawyer
- Educational Qualifications: Doctor degree required, preferably in Law.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a legal setting.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in litigation, professional services, public speaking, and excellent communication (both verbal and written). Familiarity with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, cease and desist orders, and RedPoint.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Represent clients in legal proceedings, prepare legal documents, and provide legal advice.
- Working Conditions: Office-based with potential court appearances; may involve occasional long hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical thinker, ethical, and strong negotiator.
