Job Summary

The Litigation Lawyer is responsible for handling and managing legal disputes, court cases, and other litigation matters involving the company. The role includes representing the company in legal proceedings, preparing legal documents, and providing strategic legal advice to protect the company’s interests.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle civil, criminal, labor, and administrative cases involving the company.
• Represent the company in court hearings, mediations, and legal proceedings.
• Draft pleadings, motions, affidavits, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis.
• Coordinate with external counsels, government agencies, and regulatory bodies.
• Provide legal opinions and recommendations to management.
• Monitor ongoing cases and ensure timely submission of legal requirements.
• Assist in settlement negotiations and dispute resolution.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB/JD) graduate.
• Must be a licensed lawyer / Bar passer.
• With at least 2–5 years of litigation experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine laws, court procedures, and legal documentation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases effectively.
