The LMD Lawyer is responsible for handling legal matters of the company, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, preparing legal documents, and providing legal advice to management related to construction, corporate, labor, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and evaluate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to management and company departments.
  • Ensure company compliance with government regulations and legal requirements.
  • Handle legal disputes, complaints, and case preparation.
  • Coordinate with external counsel, government agencies, and regulatory bodies.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions.
  • Assist in labor-related concerns, permits, licenses, and corporate documentation.
  • Monitor legal risks and recommend preventive actions.
  • Represent the company in meetings, hearings, and negotiations when required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Laws (LLB/JD) graduate.
  • Must be a licensed lawyer / Bar passer.
  • With experience in corporate, construction, or labor law is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine laws and legal procedures.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential matters professionally.
