- Represent clients in legal proceedings and negotiations.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to prepare case strategies.
- Draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs.
- Provide legal advice to clients on various issues including contracts and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records and case files.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of legal experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and research skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail and strong ethical standards.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Knowledge of legal procedures and regulations.
