Junior Lawyer - Litigation

Job Description
- Assist in handling cases initiated by or involving the Company, its subsidiaries and affiliates
- Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, affidavits, and other legal documents
- Prepare legal opinions, case evaluations, and legal memoranda under supervision
- Conduct legal research and jurisprudence review
- Attend court hearings, mediations, and conferences as authorized
- Monitor case timelines, compliance with court directives, and filing deadlines
- Perform other legal tasks as may be assigned
Qualifications:
- Member of the Philippine Bar in good standing
- 1 to 2 years experience in a law firm
- Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
- Working knowledge of court procedures and applicable laws
- Organized, reliable and can work independently while taking direction and feedback
