Japanese Speaking Attorney (Retainer)

Job Description
- Provide corporate legal consultation and advice to the company
- Review, draft, and manage legal documents, including contracts and agreements
- Ensure compliance with Philippine laws and applicable international regulations
- Communicate with Japanese counterparts or clients in legal matters
- Assist in protecting the company’s legal and business interests
- Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and advise the company accordingly
Qualifications:
- Licensed Lawyer in the Philippines
- Japanese Language Proficiency: JLPT N1 or N2 / Business to Native Level
- Experience or understanding of Japanese corporate practices is a plus
- Strong background in corporate or commercial law
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
