Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Design & Planning: Creating plans for plants, hardscaping (patios, walkways), water features, and outdoor kitchens.
• Horticulture: Knowledge of plants, soil, and pest control for proper selection, planting, and care.
• Construction: Building structures like decks, pergolas, and installing irrigation or lighting systems.
• Maintenance: Routine upkeep, including mowing, trimming, weeding, snow removal, and equipment repair.
• Project Management: Overseeing installation crews, managing budgets, and coordinating with clients and vendors.
