Job Description
- Perform landscape design, installation, and maintenance.
- Skillfully operate landscaping tools and equipment.
- Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees, ensuring proper care.
- Maintain irrigation systems and troubleshoot issues.
- Conduct regular lawn care tasks, including mowing and edging.
- Collaborate with clients to fulfill their landscaping needs.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in horticulture, landscape architecture, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in landscaping or garden design.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in planting, pruning, and landscape maintenance; knowledge of design software is a plus.
- Working Conditions: Outdoor work in various weather conditions; physical labor required.
- Qualities and Traits: Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
